POSITION SUMMARY: Part-time (10-25 hrs/week), hybrid (work in our Irving office 1-2 times per week) position with potential to grow.

We are a fast-growing insurance agency with a strong community and customer service focus, seeking a poised, self-motivated administrative assistant professional with excellent communication skills and cheerful disposition to join our team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a detail-oriented administrative assistant professional who has the ability and passion to:

  • Provide an organized, systematized office environment – including team support, filing, answering phones, responding to email, managing a busy calendar.
  • Provide a first-rate experience for all of our customers and clients; resolving all inquiries professionally and accurately.
  • Acquire a full working knowledge of all of our products and programs.
  • Assist with preparation for all of our events.
  • Assist our OBM with Marketing Programs.

The position will start out at 10 hours per week (a blend of virtual and in office hours), potentially increasing as we continue to work together. During the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (September to December) hours will increase, up to 25 hours per week.
